Q1. What is a SEIBU Gift Card and Gift Voucher?

A1. Gift Card is a prepaid shopping card and Gift Voucher is a paper voucher.


Q2. What denominations are available?

A2. The Gift Cards are available in multiples of RM100, up to RM1,000. Gift Vouchers are available in RM10, RM50, and RM100 denominations. For higher denominations or corporate purchases, visit our store’s Customer Service Centre or call 03-27843999.


Q3. Where can I buy the Gift Card and Gift Voucher?

A3. Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers can be purchased at Level 2, Customer Service Counters of SEIBU Malaysia.  


Q4. Where can I use the Gift Card and Gift Voucher?

Q4. Gift Cards can be used for full or partial payment. Gift Vouchers can be used for its face value, any amount less than the face value will not be returned.  Both an be used at any SEIBU and SOGO stores in Malaysia. 


Q5. Does the Gift Card have an expiration date?

A5. Yes, Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from activation or until the balance is depleted, whichever is earlier. Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year or until the expiry date stamped.  After expiration, any remaining balance will be void.


Q6. Where can I check my Gift Card balance?

A6. The balance is shown on the receipt after each purchase. You can also check at any Cashier or Customer Service Centre, or by calling 03-27843999.


Q7. What if the Gift Voucher and Gift Card is lost, stolen, or damaged?

A7. SEIBU is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers.


Q8. Are there fees and service charges for the Gift Card?

A8. No, the Gift Card does not have any maintenance fees or service charges.


Q9. Will SEIBU Reward Points be awarded for purchases made with the Gift Card and Voucher?

A9. Yes, you will earn SEIBU Reward Points for purchases made with the Gift Card and Gift Voucher.
