RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We're committed to your satisfaction. Most purchases can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Please review our terms and conditions for eligibility and specific exceptions.


Eligibility: Most purchases can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the item(s). However, there are exceptions:

  • Skin care, cosmetics, and fragrances.
  • Undergarments and intimate wear.
  • Supermarket and perishable goods.
  • Tenanted counters.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The item must be in its original packaging and condition, and you should provide proof of purchase (receipt/e-receipt, etc.)
  2. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
  3. Purchases made with Coupons can only be exchanged for items of a similar brand/category of equal or higher value.
  4. Purchases made with Points can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  5. If you purchased during campaigns like ‘Extra Points’ or ‘Rebate Coupons’ and received Points and Coupons, not meeting the campaign conditions upon return will allow exchange only for products of a similar brand/category, of equal or higher value.
